My Path to Becoming a Mental Wellness Coach

It began when I was 16 years old.

Therapy was my first step in understanding the root of my struggles, opening my eyes to the transformative power of reflection.

It wasn’t just about fixing problems—it was about shifting my mindset and learning how to grow through challenges.

Years later, a coach who guided me in my professional life helped me recognise the true value of both therapy and coaching, and how they work together to heal and promote growth.

During the COVID pandemic, I took time to reflect deeply on my purpose.

It became clear that my mission was to help others who had faced struggles similar to my own.

Whether dealing with heartache, navigating relationship challenges, or simply seeking clarity in life.

Over the years, I’ve been privileged to guide people through their toughest moments.

One client, for example, came to me after a series of difficult relationships.

Together, we worked through the stages of healing and growth, leading her to find lasting love and marry a year later.

Stories like hers remind me of why I do this work.

As a coach, my approach is to help you understand your situation deeply, both emotionally and logically, so you can find your own answers.

I believe everyone’s story is unique.

I’m here to navigate your journey with you, helping you reflect, grow, and ultimately create a life filled with joy and fulfilment.
